1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of all services provided by Midnight Ladies ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website, making a booking, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and any other persons who access or use our services.
This website contains age-restricted content intended for adults only. By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that viewing adult entertainment content is legal in your jurisdiction.
2. Age Restriction & Verification
This website and all services offered by Midnight Ladies are strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and over (R18). By using this website or engaging our services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a driver's licence or passport) at any time to verify your age. This includes at the time of booking, upon arrival at an event, or at any point during service delivery.
If you are found to be under 18 years of age, or if you provide false identification or misrepresent your age, services will be immediately terminated without refund and you may be reported to the relevant authorities. We take the protection of minors seriously and have zero tolerance for any breach of this policy.
3. Nature of Services
Midnight Ladies provides adult entertainment services including, but not limited to, modelling, lingerie and topless waitressing, exotic dancing, sensual massage, companionship, and related entertainment experiences. All services are provided between consenting adults.
The specific nature and scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any services not explicitly agreed upon are not included and must not be assumed, requested, or demanded. Our entertainers are independent contractors and retain the right to define their own service boundaries.
4. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from our team via phone, email, or text message. We make every effort to accommodate your preferences, but cannot guarantee the availability of specific entertainers.
For large events or extended bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
As part of the booking process, we may request your social media profile for identity verification purposes. This is a security measure to protect both our clients and our entertainers.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing prior to the booking. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
Any additional services requested during a booking that were not included in the original agreement will be charged at the applicable rate and are payable immediately. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Failure to make payment may result in legal action to recover the outstanding amount, plus any associated costs.
6. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with adequate notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking) may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled booking will be offered.
7. Consent & Boundaries
All interactions between clients and entertainers must be consensual. Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn at any time by either party. Our entertainers have clearly defined boundaries that must be respected at all times.
Any attempt to coerce, pressure, or force an entertainer into activities beyond the agreed scope of service is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. Such behaviour may also be reported to the New Zealand Police.
Physical contact with entertainers is only permitted where explicitly offered as part of the agreed service. When in doubt, ask first.
8. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to treat our entertainers and staff with respect and courtesy at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, or aggressive behaviour of any kind
- Any form of verbal, physical, or sexual abuse
- Use of derogatory, racist, or discriminatory language
- Being under the excessive influence of alcohol or drugs to the point where it compromises the safety or comfort of entertainers
- Attempting to negotiate services not agreed upon at the time of booking
- Sharing or attempting to obtain the personal contact details of entertainers
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of services without refund, a permanent ban from future bookings, and may result in a report to the New Zealand Police where appropriate.
9. Photography, Recording & Social Media
No photography, video recording, or audio recording of entertainers is permitted without the explicit prior consent of the entertainer and the Company. This includes mobile phones, cameras, and any other recording devices.
Sharing images, videos, or identifying information about our entertainers on social media, websites, or any public platform without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under New Zealand privacy and harassment laws.
The Company retains all intellectual property rights to photographs, videos, and content featured on this website. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited.
10. Safety & Venue Requirements
Clients must ensure that the venue or location for the booking is safe, clean, and appropriate for the services being provided. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if the venue is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Our entertainers may be accompanied by a driver or security personnel for their safety. Clients must not obstruct or interfere with these safety measures.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all attendees at an event are aware of and comply with these terms, including the age restriction. The booking client assumes full responsibility for the behaviour of all guests at the event.
11. Alcohol & Substances
While we understand that many bookings occur at social events where alcohol is present, clients must ensure a safe and respectful environment. Entertainers are not obligated to consume alcohol or any other substances during a booking.
The Company reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if any client or attendee is excessively intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances to the extent that they pose a risk to the safety or wellbeing of our entertainers.
12. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose any personal data to third parties unless required by law. Our team members and entertainers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

13. Entertainer Welfare
The safety and wellbeing of our entertainers is our highest priority. All entertainers work voluntarily and are free to accept or decline any booking. They have the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or if a client breaches these terms.
Midnight Ladies operates in full compliance with New Zealand employment and workplace safety laws. We do not tolerate any form of exploitation, trafficking, or coercion. If you have any concerns about the welfare of any person associated with our services, please contact the New Zealand Police or the relevant authorities immediately.
14. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided as described at the time of booking. While we strive to deliver the highest quality experience, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the client or their guests during a booking, except where caused by the proven negligence of the Company or its contractors.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midnight Ladies, its owners, employees, contractors, and entertainers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, your use of our services, or any unlawful or harmful conduct by you or your guests during a booking.
16. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
